Weekends are Challenging

I find it SOO hard to keep track of what I eat on the weekends.  I also find that I am the leftover receptical for the food that my son doesnt eat.  Yikes!  I REALLY have to stop that.

Try pouring washing liquid over it as soon as finished, or a glass of water doesn’t seem as appealing that way. I find weekends are the hardest too, as i just want to kick back and relax, enjoy a takeaway and other rubbish foods.

Hope you find what works for you with the leftovers.

Eating my kids leftovers was such a hard habit to break. I hated throwing anything away. I don’t have the answer, for me it was just willpower. And I have to keep reminding myself that I don’t need the calories from 4 extra soggy old chicken nuggest that have pushed around a plate for thirty minutes. SO not worth calories. Into the garbage they go.

I used cook really huge measl which took 2 days to eat so there would always be left overs that usually got thrown away. Now when i cook its portion control, no seconds.
